16th International ARC Salon Winners Announced
“High Bar” by Sara Gallagher received the Dual Category Award in Figurative and Drawing, which is awarded when an artwork receives an Honorable Mention in more than one category. “High Bar” was also awarded the Fine Art Connoisseur Publication Award, giving her a featured article in an upcoming issue of Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine.
